About
About Me
I am an AI strategy and technology professional based in Växjö, Sweden. My background combines software development, interactive AI systems, AI and data strategy, digital transformation, and business studies.
I am especially interested in the space between technology and business. Many AI projects fail not because the technology is impossible, but because the organization lacks a clear strategy, users do not trust the system, or the solution does not fit real business processes.
My goal is to help organizations adopt AI in a way that is practical, responsible, and valuable.
In short
I am an AI strategist and technical product professional with a background in full-stack software development and an MSc in Interactive AI Systems. My work focuses on translating business problems into AI-powered solutions that are technically feasible, ethically responsible, and valuable for end users. I combine knowledge from AI and Data Strategy, Digital Transformation, Organizational Change, AI Innovation Management, and UX Design for AI.
My Story
From Developer to AI Strategist
I started with software development because I wanted to understand how technology is built. Through full-stack projects and internships, I gained experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, ASP.NET Core, databases, APIs, and LLM-powered features.
However, I realized that building technology is only one part of the problem. The bigger challenge is deciding what should be built, why it should be built, how it creates business value, and how people will actually use it.
This led me to specialize in AI strategy, digital transformation, organizational change, AI innovation management, and UX design for AI.

How I Work
A five-step method
- 01
Understand the Business
I start by understanding the business problem, stakeholders, users, costs, and current workflows.
- 02
Identify AI Opportunities
I evaluate where AI can create value and where it is not suitable.
- 03
Assess Feasibility and Risk
I consider data availability, technical constraints, privacy, governance, and user trust.
- 04
Design the Solution
I create user flows, system architecture, AI behavior rules, and implementation roadmaps.
- 05
Plan for Adoption
I include change management, training, feedback loops, and success metrics.
